This is the best banking exsperience I have ever received! I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Erin. She not only new the answer to every question I could come up with but she has also followed through on everything she has promised. Even after I have had my accounts open for a few months now if I have any questions that pop in my head or I think something is wrong I call her. She has always gotten back to me right away if she isn't the one who answers the phone. Bank of the west and Erin are amazing and I will never change banks. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love going inside to make a deposit cause I feel so welcome.
