Judy and her team are the best printers around. They do all of my programs, flyers, and have also done some banners for me. Quickly and professionally. Someday I will have to ship something with them as well :)
I stopped in early to have 25 business cards printed. Donna said that it would take a few minutes and they would call me. I explained that I was headed to an appointment in Bailey and was pressed for time. I was the first customer and no others in sight. I had to go back an hour and a half later. They were not done and she said they had gotten busy...so they just pushed my order off to the side. BAD business. Then they were rude and argumentative when I expressed my displeasure at how they blew my order off.
The service is good but they are never open on time so two stars instead of five.
The Conifer UPS store is fabulous and have stayed late to finish things for me. They print beautiful documents and help me get all my shipments to different people every time, all done professionally.
I have always used this store for shipping, and have no issues and the service is always great! Over the holidays a package that I sent was extremely damaged (not the stores fault), but when I reported the issue, it was handled with such professionalism and empathy. I truly appreciate Judy's attention to the matter with filing the claim with UPS and resolving the issue above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
