I am a student at this school. Do NOT enroll your kids here. The teachers blame everything on the students. I was sick and could not go to school. I have failing grades because the teachers would not let me redo the assignments. Not to mention, the school is full of jerks and idiots who will bully you all day long. They distract you and you can not do any work. This school is horrible. Do your kids a favor and do not enroll them here.
my experience with the school is okay, however there are some things that downright bug me. we have been on the news for multiple things, all being bad. i’ve has some incidents with some students and reported them. they are reoccurring and so i keep reporting them. no punishments are really inforced. most of the teachers are marvelous, but there is one that gets many complaints from many people including me. overall i would say the school is okay
Some of the kids here aren't so great and sometimes the teachers can't always understand the students, but I can understand that. This school can be great in its own way. And we need to understand that not everything can be perfect, but I know everyone in this school can help the school get rid of most of the cons and bring up the pros.
The main issue with this school is its start time. Having 11-14 year old children waking up at times as early as 5:00 in the morning is pretty ridiculous. The students aren't taught discipline very well and the environment can be borderline sketchy at times. Otherwise it's decent I guess, not the worst school, just not the best middle school experience.
There are several good teachers in the building, like Mr. Malcolm and Mr. Fisher, but most of my day is spent either drudging through assignments or daydreaming about the end of the school day. The school is good and we do learn, but the environment from a learner's perspective isn't very good. I have classes with people who do nothing but talk, this destroys any sense of having a good place to learn. It just seems like everyone wants to go home.
