The review above mine sums it up nicely. If you want to do business with kind, competent, professional folks....this is not the place. They are rude, and have offended me on nearly every contact. They are also overpriced and the facility is unkept. If only I could find a home for the old piano I am storing there my relationship with this place would be over.
