Passing through town and ran out of dog food. Called and the nice young lady who answered took the time to make sure they carried the exact brand and flavor of dog food I requested before I drove down. I then saw a young man with long hair carrying out a bag of dog food to an elderly woman’s car for her. THATS customer service. Thank you for being so nice and helpful!’
Very helpful. Can get you pretty much anything you need. But, you do pay a little more here then at the big stores.
This is my favorite pet store. They have the best people and products and I love every visit.
the employees are always helpful and will do whatever they can to meet your needs. They also offer military discounts and they have some pretty amazing in house dog trainers.
Solid but expensive. Good food sources. Chews and treats aren't generally what they claim to be in terms of time to chew
